Shipping & Returns

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only only.
• Standard shipping is $12.00. Orders of $75.00 or more ship free.
• Your shipping charge and order total are shown before you complete checkout.
• Tracking information is provided when it is available from the carrier.
• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

All returns require our prior approval — contact support@skinpros.shop with your order number before sending anything back. Please do not ship a return to us without first receiving approval and instructions from us — we will provide the correct return details once your request is approved.

• Change-of-mind returns: Unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Customer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns.
• SkinPros covers reasonable costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• We may ask for photos and proof of purchase to process a return or a report of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
• We do not charge a restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary after a refund is issued.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at support@skinpros.shop as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the request, but once an order has begun fulfillment or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can still be cancelled or changed.

Nothing in this policy limits any return, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
