Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SkinPros website at https://skinpros.shop (the “Site”) and any order you place through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order on the Site.

SkinPros customer accounts are created and accessed only through “Sign in with Google.” You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to sign in and for all activity that occurs through your SkinPros account. Notify us promptly at support@skinpros.shop if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We try to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or currently accurate, and product availability may change without notice.

SkinPros products are cosmetics. Follow the directions and warnings on the product page and packaging, including performing a patch test before first use, avoiding contact with the eyes, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

SkinPros products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on the Site is medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have concerns about an ingredient, consult a physician before use.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, but if a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and will notify you. The shipping charge shown at checkout — currently $12.00, or free on orders of $75.00 or more before shipping — and the total price you are charged are calculated by our server at the time of checkout, not by your browser. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, an error in pricing or product information, or unavailable inventory, and if we do, any payment already collected for that order will be refunded.

Payments for orders placed on the Site are processed through AminoPros Digital and Stripe. You authorize AminoPros Digital and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the order total. Because SkinPros and AminoPros Digital share the same underlying payment account, your card or bank statement may show “AminoPros LLC” as the merchant for a SkinPros order — this is expected and does not mean your order was placed anywhere other than SkinPros.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, or with incorrect or missing items, contact us at support@skinpros.shop so we can help. Once your order ships, we provide tracking information so you can follow its progress with the carrier.

Our shipping charges, delivery terms, and full return and refund policy — including the return window, return conditions, and refund method — are described on the Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these Terms. All returns require our prior approval; contact support@skinpros.shop before sending anything back. Nothing in these Terms limits any return, refund, or warranty right that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

If you choose to sign up for marketing emails, you can select which brand updates you receive (SkinPros, AminoPros, and/or TelemedicinePros) and change that selection, or unsubscribe from all marketing emails, at any time from your account preferences page or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Marketing emails are entirely separate from, and never required to place, an order.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and product photography — are owned by or licensed to SkinPros and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them except as necessary to shop on and use the Site for its intended personal purpose.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, or its underlying systems;
• Submit false, fraudulent, or someone else’s payment or account information;
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse content or data from the Site; or
• Interfere with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

The Site relies on third-party services described in our Privacy Policy (including Google, AminoPros Digital, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, BTC Postage, and USPS) and may link to other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service or website we do not operate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This disclaimer does not limit any consumer warranty or protection that applicable law does not allow us to disclaim or waive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkinPros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or any order, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold SkinPros harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise and except for any consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of your own state or country of residence, which these Terms do not limit.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the Shipping & Returns page, are the entire agreement between you and SkinPros regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
